Hola fellow Spartans

How goes the training?  We have exactly 2 months from now.  It is time to run, climb, pull up, push up, grip, throw and carry.  I want to get consistent with our group training now.  What is everyone's best day to get together?  What about a regular Saturday morning run/training session.  I want to start working on some obstacles as well.  How are the burpees coming?  Here is a training video, and another one to get you going!
